Guess Who Instructions: by Zeke today

Zeke asked today if he could "play" Microsoft Word. Typing on Word is a privilege to him, worthy of being called play time. Here was his creation:

GUESS WHO?

THE MYSTERY MII GAME INSTRUCTIONS

For 2 players

OBJECT: guess your opponent’s mystery mii before your opponent guesses yours.

DRAW A CARD: shuffle the mystery cards. Choose one card to take and put it in the card slot.

YOUR OBJECT: your object is to guess your opponent’s mystery mii by asking one question per turn that don’t fit the discriptions.

THE GAMEBOARD MIIS: notice the 20 gameboard miis on your gameboard. Hair and eye colors are different, some faces have girl hair, big noses, glasses or lips, mustaches or beards, and some are women or black skins. As you play, you’ll notice the 20 miis on your gameboard that don’t fit the discriptions.

YOUR PLAYER TURN: the younger player is always the first player. on your turn, you may either ask a question, or guess a name. but don’t use your turn to guess a name until you’re ready! If you guess a name and it’s wrong, you’ll lose the game! Rules for asking questions and guessing a name are down below.

ASKING QUESTIONS: until you guess who the mystery mii is, ask your opponent one question per turn. Each question must have a “yes” or a “no” answer. For example you ask: does your mii have a big nose? Then your opponent must then answer either “yes” or “no”. after your opponent answers, you may be able to flip down one or more gameboard miis. For example, if the mystery mii has a big nose, flip down all the miis that have a small nose and a medium nose. This leaves only the big-nosed people as the possible mystery mii.

GUESSING A NAME: to guess who the mystery mii is, make your guess on your turn instead of asking a question. To guess a name, say (for example) “The mystery mii is Hiroshi.” Your opponent must tell you whether or not your guess is correct. If your guess is right, you win the game! If it’s wrong, you lose!

HOW TO WIN: players alternative turns until one player makes a guess. If you guess correctly, or your opponent guesses incorrectly, you win the game!

CHALLENGE GAME: for an extra challenge, both players draw two mystery cards, and place them side-by-side in their mystery card slots. Your object is to guess who both of your opponent’s mystery characters are! You must say “both” or “either” when asking questions about the mystery characters. For example, you ask: “do both of your characters have blue eyes?” or “does either of your characters have facial hair?” be careful flipping down miis and remember which questions you’ve asked! For example, you ask: “does either of your characters have brown hair?” your opponent answers “yes.” You can’t flip down any faces because although one mystery mii definitely has brown hair, the other one may not! Your object is to guess who both of them are on the same turn.

CHAMPIONSHIP PLAY: score your keeper and play 5 games to win. The first to win five games is the champion!
